Semla

I had my first SEMLA today. I don’t like the sweet almond paste so I use to remove it. I like the bun and the whipped cream 🙂

Already? That seems a little early? I love, love semlor! During one visit to Sweden, I visited many relatives during “selma time.” Every relative gave me selma and coffee – I was very happy!
