This was really a surprise … a smart initiative of the authorities.
Yesterday when I was out walking with my tibbie Milton we met two young girls with vehicles – bikes – like this one. They came from The Transport Administration (Trafikverket) and they gave away reflexes. TA wants us to be seen in the dark. Very good I think
